摘要
雌激素受体分为雌激素膜受体和雌激素核受体两种类型,受体和配体(雌激素)特异性结合后分别引发非基因组的快速信号通路和经典的基因组信号通路,从而调节乳腺上皮细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡.若此通路出现异常,则容易诱发乳腺癌.将雌激素受体、雌激素受体膜受体信号通路、雌激素受体核受体信号通路及其与乳腺癌的关系进行综述,为乳腺癌的治疗及药物研发提供理论基础.
Estrogen receptor (ER) can be subdivided into membrane estrogen receptor (mER) and nuclear estrogen receptor (nER). The receptor and the ligand (Estrogen) specifieity combination cause the rapid signal pathway of the genome and classic genome signal pathway, thereby adjusting the mammary gland epithelial cell proliferation differentiation and apoptosis. If this pathway is abnormal, it is likely to cause breast cancer. In this paper, the estrogen receptor, membrane estrogen receptor signal pathway, nuclear estrogen receptor signal pathway and its relationship with breast cancer were reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of breast cancer and drug development.
