摘要
环烯醚萜苷是中药玄参的重要成分之一,这类成分的不同的结构分型所对应的药理作用也不尽相同.以往的研究仅是对环烯醚萜苷类成分进行整体的生物活性的归类分析,针对环烯醚萜不同结构分型的代表性成分的生物活性进行归纳总结,对其应的药理作用及机制进行系统的总结,旨在合理应用中药玄参的合理应用以及对环烯醚萜苷类成分新的临床应用方向提供理论依据.
Iridoid glycosides are important components of Xuanshen （ crophularia ningpoensis Hemsl）. Errant structure type in such ingredients corresponds to different pharmacological effects. Previous studies have only overall analyzed and classified iridoid glycosides＇ biological activities. In this paper, the biological activities, pharmacological effects and pharmacological mechanism of iridoids glycosides in different structural type were summarized. The purpose was to reasonably use Xuanshen and provided a theoretical basis in clinical application of iridoid glycosides.
