摘要 细胞周期是细胞生命活动的基本过程,G1和G2期的启动与之息息相关.CyclinB1是调控G2期的关键蛋白,对整个细胞周期的调控至关重要.综述CyclinB1的结构和功能及其效应分子在细胞周期的调控,尤其是对G2/M期调控的研究进展,并简要阐述了CyclinB1介导的细胞周期调控异常与在肿瘤组织中的表达特征的关系.为肿瘤的治疗提供一个新的靶点和方向. Cell cycle is the most important process of cellular activities, whose key is the start of the G1 and G2 phase. CyclinB1 is the key protein that regulates G2 phase, which is critical to the regulation of cell cycle. This paper reviewed the structure and function of CyclinB1 andthe regulation of its effeetor molecules on cell cycle, especially the regulation of G2/M phase. And also reviewed the connection between CyelinB1 mediated abnormal cellcycle regulation and its expression in tumour tissues. And provided a new target and direction for tumor therapy.
