近年来,各地少数民族流动人口服务管理工作取得了一定的成效,但也存在着一些较为突出的共性问题,彰显了当前各城市该项工作实践面临的困境。结合包括广州、沈阳、青岛在内的部分"少数民族流动人口服务管理示范城市"的有效经验,未来完善此项工作的路径探索可集中于工作理念创新、主体创新、体制机制创新、服务管理内容创新和方法手段创新等方面。
