摘要
汉唐时期是中华饮食文化从丰富到顶峰的重要阶段,少数民族传统习俗对陕西地方饮食文化产生了深远的影响,既扩宽了饮食的样式外延又丰富了饮食文化的社会内涵。少数民族饮食文化的情感文化及礼仪习俗与汉唐时期关中地区宫廷饮食文化与市民饮食文化互补并逐渐形成了独具特色的饮食文化。因此,在整合少数民族社会资源透过少数民族特色饮食文化,从饮食情感和饮食哲学中体会陕西地方饮食文化的民族特色,才能够更好地挖掘少数民族文化精髓倾注于社会主义精神文明建设当中。
Han and Tang Dynasty is an importanceperiod for the development of Chinese catering culture from richness to its peak. During this period, the minority customs have a profound impact on Shanxi local catering culture, broadening its style extension and enriched its social connotation. The emotional culture and etiquette customs of minority catering culture complemented that of the imperial palace in the Guanzhong area of Han and Tang dynasty and formed its own distinct features. Therefore, to explore the essence of minority culture and mix them into socialist culture and ethics construction, it is required to appreciate the ethnic features of Shanxi local catering culture through catering emotion and catering philosophy.
