基于响应面法对油樟籽油超声波提取工艺的优化 被引量:10

Optimization for Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Cinnamomum Longepaniculatum Seed Oil Based on Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了提高油樟籽油的提油率和品质,通过响应面分析法优化超声波提取油樟籽油工艺。采用单因素试验方法,对其提取溶剂、提取时间、料液比及提取功率进行筛选,并利用响应面试验中的Box-Benhnken试验设计对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,模拟得到的二次多项式回归方程拟合性好,油樟籽油提取的最佳工艺条件为:以石油醚为溶剂,提取时间44 min、料液比1∶21 g/m L、提取功率161 W,提取率可达37.54%;油樟籽油各项理化性质测定结果,碘值5.354 g I/100 g、酸值0.168 mg KOH/g、皂化值285.73 mg KOH/g、折光指数1.439 1和相对密度0.924 0 g/cm3;其脂肪酸的成分含有油酸(1.15%)、亚油酸(0.83%)、亚麻酸(0.18%)、癸酸(56.03%)、月桂酸(36.08%)、肉豆蔻酸(1.05%)、棕榈酸(0.24%)和硬脂肪酸(0.71%);油樟籽油的理化性质、脂肪酸组成符合用作生物柴油、医药和功能性油脂生产的原料。 In order to improve oil extraction rate and quality of cinnamomum longepaniculatum seed oil, response surface methodology was applied to optimize techniques of ultrasonic extraction of cinnamomum longepaniculatum seed oil. Single factor experiment was used, extraction solvent, extraction time, ratio of material and solution and extraction power were screened, and the extraction techniques were optimized by Box - Behnken experiment design in response surface experiment. The results showed that fitting of quadratic polynomial regression equation gained by simulation was good and the optimal technological conditions were petroleum ether serving as solvent, extraction time being 44min, ratio of material and solution being 1:21 g/mL and extraction power being 161 W, and the extraction yield of cinnamomum longepaniculatum seed oil could reach 37.54%. The various physicochemical proper- ties of the cinnamomum longepaniculatum seed oil were as follows: iodine value of 5. 354 gI/100 g, acid value of 0. 168 mgKOH/g, saponification value of 285.73 mgKOH/g, refractive index of 1. 439 1 and relative density value of 0. 924 0 g,/cm3. The fatty acids contained oleic acid ( 1.15% ), linoleie (0.83%), linolenic acid (0.18%), capric acid (56.03%), laurie acid (36.08%), myristic acid ( 1.05% ), palmitic acid (0.24%) and stearic acid (0.71% ). physicochemical property and composition of fatty acid of cinnamomum longepaniculatum seed oil met the raw material of biodiesel standards, medicine and functional oil production.
