Thoughts on Promoting Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply Front

2016年12月31日,《中共中央国务院关于深入推进农村供给侧结构性改革加快培育农业农村发展新动能的若干意见》中指出:要解决农业在农产品供求结构失衡、资源环境压力大等问题,必须顺应新形势新要求,坚持问题导向,调整工作重心,深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革,加快培育农业农村发展新动能,开创农业现代化建设新局面。本文结合本次中央农村工作会议精神以及习近平总书记、李克强总理有关"三农"工作的指示,从农业供给侧改革的重心由"量"向"质"转移、产业链重塑、促进绿色生态农业发展等方面提出了进一步深化我国农业供给侧改革的建议。

According to the spirit of the central rural work conference and the instructions of general secretary Xi Jin ping and Premier Li Ke qiang on the ＂three rural issues＂, propose the suggestion on further deepen China＇s agricultural supply front reform from the ＂quantity＂ transfer to ＂quality＂, industrial chain remodeling, promote the development of green ecological agriculture etc
