摘要
医药制造业是我国重要的高新技术产业之一,该产业技术密集型特点使得科技水平与创新能力直接决定了产业的发展状况。因此,本文针对于医药制造业的科技投入与技术创新关系展开分析,将科技投入分为技术改造经费、消化吸收经费、新产品开发经费和技术引进经费等方面,以京津冀地区为例,建立Var向量自回归模型,采用格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解方法分析各类投入对企业技术创新产出的动态影响。最后提出优化医药制造产业科技投入与加强技术创新效率的相关政策建议。
Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is one of the important high-tech industries in china, This industry is a technology intensive industry, the level of technology and innovation ability directly determine the development of the industry. This paper analyzes the relationship between science investment and technological innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and The science investment be divided into divided technical transformation funds, technology absorption funds, new product development funds and technology import funds. Taking the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as an example, this paper establishes the Var vector autoregressive model, analyzes the dynamic effects of various science inputs on the technological innovation output by using the Grainger causality test, impulse response function and variance decomposition method. Finally, puts forward some suggestions to optimize the scientific input of Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and strengthen the efficiency of technological innovation.
