摘要
在海绵城市的建设中依据低影响开发原则设计多种功能的工程设施,不仅可以减少径流量,也能有效的缓解径流污染对环境造成的不利影响。由暴雨径流的突发性、冲击性和随机性导致的城市面源污染已成为城市受纳水体水环境污染的主要污染源之一。以截污净化功能为主的海绵设施在减少内涝的同时,其水质净化及水源涵养的作用对于海绵城市的建设具有重要的意义。
In the construction of the sponge city, a variety of engineering facilities are designed according to the principle of low impact development, which not only reduces the runoff, but also effectively mitigates the adverse impact of runoff pollution on the environment. The urban non-point source pollution caused by the sudden, shock and randomness of storm runoff has become one of the main pollution sources of urban water environment. The sponge facilities with the function of pollutant removal and purification are of great significance to the construction of sponge cities while reducing the water logging and the role of water purification and water conservation.
