摘要 目前,填海工程动态监测主要采用陆域RTK测量与水下侧扫测量相结合的监测手段。文中在填海工程动态监测过程中开创性地使用无人机低空遥感监测手段,通过获取填海过程中高分辨率遥感影像,结合实测填海坡脚线数据,能更直观地展示填海过程中的界址与面积变化情况。同时也可以对已形成陆域部分进行动态监测,可以作为填海工程动态监测的有效补充手段。今后,随着机载激光测深技术的发展,将激光测深设备搭载到无人机平台上,可以对填海工程进行海陆一体化监测。 Currently, the dynamic monitoring technology of sea reclamation mainly uses the means of RTK measurements combined with underwater side-scan measurements. This study adopts the means of UAV low- altitude remote sensing, which is a groundbreaking technology in the dynamic monitoring of sea reclamation projects. It is able to better show the boundary and area changes in the reclamation process by acquiring high- resolution remote sensing images in the process of sea reclamation combined with underwater reclamation toe line data. The proposed technology can also be used in the dynamic monitoring of land parts which have already been filled, serving as an effective means to complement the dynamic monitoring of sea reclamation projects. In the future, with the development of airborne laser bathymetry technology, it will be possible to conduct sea and land integrated monitoring on sea reclamation projects by mounting the laser bathymetry device on the UAV.
