阴道超声在卵泡发育不良中监测卵泡生长发育的应用价值

Application value of transvaginal ultrasound in the monitoring of follicular growth and development of follicular dysplasia

目的探讨阴道超声在卵泡发育不良中监测卵泡生长发育的应用价值。方法选取我院2012年1月～2014年12月收治的卵泡发育不良患者80例，依据受孕情况将患者分为受孕组（n=40）和未受孕组（n=40）两组。月经第8天到第18天定期应用德国西门子ACUSON X300超声诊断仪对两组患者进行监测，每1～2天1次，然后对两组患者不同月经周期的卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢动脉搏动指数（Pulsation index，PI）、阻力指数（Resistance index，RI）值进行统计分析。结果受孕组患者月经周期8d、11d、13d、15d、17d的卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度均显著高于未受孕组（P〈0．05），卵巢动脉PI、RI值均显著低于未受孕组（P〈0．05）。结论阴道超声在卵泡发育不良中监测卵泡生长发育的应用价值高，能够对临床进行有效指导，使其对治疗方案进行及时调整，从而促进患者受孕几率的显著提升，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in the monitoring of follicular growth and development of follicular dysplasia. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with follicular dysplasia in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected, these patients were divided into pregnancy group（n=40） and non pregnancy group （n=40） two groups according to the situations of pregnancy, the the two groups were monitored Menstruation 8 d to 18 d regularly byGermany＇s Siemens ACUSON X300 ultrasound diagnostic instrument, each 1 to 2 d 1 time, then follicular sizes, endometrlal thickness, ovarian artery PI, RI values in different menstrual of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The follicular sizes, endometrial thickness in menstrual cycle 8 d, 11 d, 13 d, 15 d, 17 d of the pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the non pregnancy group（P〈0.05）, the ovarian artery PI, RI values were significantly lower than the non pregnancy group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of transvaginal ultrasound in the monitoring of follicular growth and development of follicular dysplasia is high, it can effectively guide the clinical treatment, adjust the treatment plan in time, so as to significantly increase the chances of conception, it is worthy of promotion and clinical application.
