血细胞形态学检查在疾病诊断中的临床价值探讨

The clinical value of blood cell morphological examination in the diagnosis of diseases

目的:探讨血细胞形态学检查在疾病诊断中的临床价值.方法:收集四川省南充市中医院2015-06/2016-06收治的经血液分析仪检测显示结果异常的体检人员102例作为观察组.收集同期于四川省南充市中医院经血液分析仪检测显示结果正常的体检人员95例作为对照组.采用BC-5380血细胞分析仪对体检人员及患者的标本进行检测,再经瑞氏染色法在显微镜下观察血细胞形态,记录检测结果中假阳/阴性的情况.结果:102例经血液分析仪检测显示结果异常观察组标本中,经血细胞形态学检测显示结果正常的有4例,假阳性率为3.92%;95例经血液分析仪检测显示结果正常的对照组标本中,经血细胞形态学检测显示结果异常的有23例,假阳性率为24.21%.结论:通过血细胞形态学检查可较好地对细胞形态的改变做出判断,可有效的减少血液病的误诊率,值得推广.

AIM： To investigate the clinical value of blood cell morphological examination in the diagnosis of diseases. METHODS： Patients collected from June 2015 to June 2016 in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Nanchong City were treated by the blood analyzer test results showed abnormal physical examina- tion of 102 cases as the observation group of cases. Collection of the same period in our hospital by blood cell morphology was observed under microscope after Wright＇s staining. The false positive and negative cases were recorded. RESULTS： A total of 102 cases by blood analyzer showed abnormal results of observation group specimens, blood cell morphological examination showed normal results of 4 cases, the false positive rate was 3.92%. CONCLUSION： The morphological changes of the cell can be judged by the morphological examination of blood cells, which can effectively reduce the misdiaguosis rate of hematological diseases, and it is worth popularizing.
