A Comparative Analysis of Outcome-based Engineering Accreditation and Module Education

摘要 通过深入对比,分析了美英等国的工程专业认证遵循的成果导向理念的内涵和德国及欧洲等国的模块化教学模式的关键,认为强调工程能力是两种教育理念的的共同之处,也是工程教育的潮流所向和趋势。同时分析两者能力概念内涵的差异之处,介绍了以能力导向双循环模式为指导、旨在提高学生工程能力的数控机床电气控制课程教学改革思路和实践探索。 This paper makes a comparative analysis of the outcome-based concepts for engineering professional accreditation in U. S. and U.K. and the keys to module education in German and other European countries. Addressing the engineering abilities is the common point for the two educational modes as well as the main trend of engineering education reform. Differences between their connotations of engineering abilities are also introduced. It also elaborated thoughts on the course teaching reform guided by ability-based two-loop mode for improving students' engineering ability and practices.
