摘要
应用型大学是我国高等教育的重要形式,满足了社会转型期背景下地方经济对人才的多样化需求。而实践能力是培养理论与实际紧密结合的应用型人才的关键,物流管理专业是实践技能要求较高的专业,当前研究对实践教学中如何深化产学研合作、引入企业真实情景、解决企业物流问题等方面缺乏实质性的进展。通过探讨某中德合作物流管理专业实践教学的改革与创新,构建了企业主导的大学生应用型实践教学体系,并分析了该体系的创新之处与应用成效。
The applied university is an important form of higher education in China, which meets the diverse needs of local economy for talents in the period of social transformation, and the practical ability is the key to cultivating applied talents with both theory and practice. Logistics management specialty is required of higher practical skills, but the current research lags behind on how to deepen practical teaching in industry-college-research cooperation, introduce real enterprise situation, and solve problems of enterprise logistics. This paper discusses the reform and innovation of practical teaching of logistics management specialty in a Sino-German cooperation, constructs a type of enterprise-oriented applied practical teaching system, and analyzes its innovative factors and application.
