二级学院顺应地方院校转型发展的实证研究——以枣庄学院初等教育学院为例

An Empirical Case Study of Subordinate Colleges Complying with Local Colleges and Universities Transformation

地方高校转型发展是顺应国家经济转型升级的必然趋势,作为承担着高校教学、科研和社会办学等职能的主体——二级学院,如何能够顺应时代的要求,实现自身突破式发展,对地方院校的转型起着直接的推动作用。以枣庄学院初等教育学院为个案研究对象,希望能对地方高校的转型发展带来些启迪。

The transformation of local colleges and universities is an inevitable trend in line with national economic transformation and updating. If the subordinate colleges, entities with functions of teaching, research and social education, realize their breakthrough development, the transformation of the local colleges and universities will get promoted directly. This paper takes College of Elementary Education of Zaozhuang University for its case study and hopes to offer some enlightenment for the transformation.
