Challenges and Countermeasures in Enhancing College Ideological Safety under New Situation

作为各类精英人才的汇集地和各种思想文化相互激荡的前沿阵地,高校历来是我国意识形态建设的重要阵地。全球化进程中多元文化的影响,改革开放中人们价值观念的转变,以及网络信息时代传播格局的多样复杂化,都给新形势下我国高校意识形态安全带来了严峻挑战。加强高校意识形态安全是一项复杂系统工程,需要高校党委加强领导,充分发挥高校思想政治理论课的"主渠道"作用,构筑防范西方意识形态渗透的立体网络,把社会主义核心价值观融入教育教学全过程。

As junctions of elite talents and thoughts, colleges are key strongholds of ideological establishment in China. Presently, the college ideological safety in China is facing serious challenges resulted from the different cultures introduced in globalization, the transformation of values in reform and opening process as well as the information dissemination in cyber age. Enhancing college ideological safety is a complicated project which requires powerful leadership of the college party committees, effective use of ideological＆ political theory classes as the ＂ main channel＂ , sophisticated network preventive from Western ideological penetration, and integration of socialist core values in education and teaching.
