中国社会进入转型时期,群众工作作为长久以来党的优秀工作方法,也渐渐地出现一些新的现象和问题。而作为在中国刚刚发展起来的社会工作,其本身具有很大的作用,但是要在中国发挥出优势还需要切合本地的实际。群众工作和社会工作具有一定的相似性和互补性,近几年国家在农村进行扶贫攻坚战,积极推进农村地区的全面小康社会建设进程,这些都是群众工作与社会工作的任务,在农村建设的社区文化认同工作中,二者共同合作发挥更大优势的可能性值得探索。

In the social transition period, the mass work in China is facing certain new phenomena and problems. On other hand, social work emerging in the country needs combination of the local realities.Hence there are similarities and complements between the new endeavors like rural poverty-alleviation and rural possible that the two be combined to work more efficiently two works.
