社区居民自治中的“三社联动”实践探索

Practice and Exploration of " Interrelated mechanism between Three Social Forces" in the Community Residents Autonomy

通过东城街道青云社区居民自治实践经历,厘清社区、社会组织、社工三者的角色定位,充分运用各方的资源优势形成治理合力。初步建立起行政资源、基层需求、社会活力相结合的实践机制,尝试建构一个"三社联动"的社区居民自治"服务模型",为社区、社区社会组织、社工的"三社联动"丰富了实践经验。

Based on the resident autonomy practices in Qingyun Community, Dongcheng Street, we delineated the roles of community, social organizations and social works which make an organic whole in social services. In our practice, we established a practical mechanism consisting of administrative resources, grass-root demands and social vigor, and accumulated experiences for the ＂ interrelated mechanism＂ between community, social organizations and social workers.
