摘要
基于产业间共同集聚指数、双变量局域自相关和阀值法,对北京生产性服务业与制造业共同集聚进行分析发现:首先,总体上北京生产性服务业与制造业共同集聚性不明显,但信息、科技、物流服务业与技术密集型制造业共同集聚度较高。其次,中关村科学城、酒仙桥及其周边街区、天竺空港经济区、亦庄经济技术开发区等是生产性服务业与制造业主要共同集聚区。最后,结合全国科技创新中心建设和疏解非首都功能提出政策建议。
Based on industry co-agglomeration indices, spatial correlation and the threshold method, this paper analyzes the levels and the spatial characteristics of co-agglomeration between the manufacturing industry and producer services. Firstly, it is found that the degree of co-agglomeration is not obvious in the whole, but the informational, technological and logistical industries have a higher degree with the technology-intensive manufacturing industry. Seeondly,this paper recognizes Zhonggnancun Science City,Jiuxianqiao and its surrounding districts,Tianzhu Airport Economic Zone,and Yizhuang as main zones of co-agglomeration between the two industries. Thirdly, suggestions about constructing the national science and technology innovation center and easing non-capital function are proposed.
