摘要
本文主要针对五道库水电站碾压混凝土坝上应用的变态混凝土展开研究,包括设计C20F300W6的变态混凝土配合比,探讨变态混凝土的加浆工艺,测试变态混凝土的力学性能与耐久性能等方面。通过试验得出在C20F300W6的碾压混凝土配合比基础上加入5.15%的浆液得到C20F300W6的变态混凝土配合比;变态混凝土采用沟槽二次铺浆、铺浆厚度为30cm的加浆工艺;变态混凝土的力学性能与其本体的碾压混凝土力学性能相近,90d的各力学性能指标二者相差均低于10%且能够达到F300冻融循环指标。
This paper focused on metamorphic concrete that was applied to RCC dam in Wudaoku hydropower project. It included the design of metamorphic concrete C20F300W6 mixture ratio, investigation of the technology for grout addition and testing mechanical properties and durability etc. By experiment, it was concluded that the metamorphic concrete C20F300W6 was changed from RCC C20F300W6 by adding 5.15 % grout. The mechanics properties of metamorphosis concrete were similar to the performance of their body RCC after applying the techonoly which grout addition was grooving- secondary spread grout and thickness of the layer was 30cm. The respective mechanical properties under 90d was less than 10% in difference between them and reached F300 freeze-thaw cycle indicators.
