辽宁省农村水污染防治法律对策研究

Study on legal countermeasures of water pollution control in rural areas of Liaoning Province

面对辽宁省日益严峻的农村水污染现状,从法律层面加强水污染防治工作已经刻不容缓。文章基于辽宁省农村水污染防治的法律现状,充分借鉴国外经验,提出了辽宁省防治农村水污染的法律对策。结论对促进辽宁省环境法治建设、改善农村自然生态环境具有借鉴意义。

Facing the increasingly serious situation of water pollution in rural areas of Liaoning Province, it is urgent to strengthen water pollution prevention and control work from the legal level. Based on the legal status of rural water pollution prevention and control in Liaoning Province, this paper makes full use of foreign experience and puts forward the legal countermeasures of preventing and controlling water pollution in rural areas of Liaoning province. The conclusion is of great significance to promote the construction of environmental law in Liaoning province and improve the rural natural ecological environment.
