音乐疗法在超声消融治疗子宫腺肌病中的应用研究

The effectiveness of music therapy in patients with adenomyosis undergoing ultrasound ablation

目的探讨音乐疗法在超声消融治疗子宫腺肌病患者中的应用效果。方法将2015年1月至2016年4月该院收治的169例子宫腺肌病患者按随机数字表法分为试验组86例和对照组83例,试验组患者在常规护理基础上接受音乐疗法(聆听法),对照组只接受常规护理。比较两组患者术中生命体征变化,记录术后使用镇痛药情况,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)法评估患者术后0.5、2.0 h发生疼痛情况。结果试验组患者术中0.5、1.0 h及手术结束时收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后0.5 h VAS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者术后2.0 h VAS和止痛药的使用率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法可有效改善接受超声消融治疗子宫腺肌病患者的术中应激状态,稳定其生理指标,减少术后止痛药的使用,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of music therapy on adenomyosis patients undergoing ultrasound ablation. Methods Totally 169 patients with adenomyosis who were going to accept ultrasound ablation were recruited and randomly allocated to the trial group （n=86） and the control group （n=83）. Based on routine care, patients of trial group accepted music therapy （music listening ）, while patients of control group only received the routine care. The changes of intraoperative vital signs were observed, the use of analgesics were recorded intraoperative and postoperative,and the patients＇ postoperative pain （0.5 h ,2.0 h）was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）. Results Patients of the trial group had a lower blood pressure than those of the control group at 0.5 h and 2.0 h during surgery （/~〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of VAS scores between the trial and the control groups after surgery（P〉0.05）. Patients in the trial group had lower pain（2.0 h after operation）and use less analgesics than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Music therapy can improve intraoperative stress state of adnomyosis patients undergoing ultrasound ablation. It can stabilize intraoperative physiological indexes of patients and reduce the use of anal- gesic after surgery as well.
