前馈控制在预防住院患者跌倒/坠床中的效果观察

Analysis of effects of feed forward control in prevention of falls among inpatients

目的探讨前馈控制在预防住院患者跌倒/坠床中的应用效果。方法选取该院2013年1~12月收治住院的30 357例患者作为对照组,且选取2014年1~12月收治住院的30 987例患者作为观察组。在住院患者预防跌倒/坠床管理中对照组采取常规方法,观察组采取前馈控制方法,比较两组患者跌倒/坠床管理质量及跌倒/坠床发生率。结果观察组跌倒/坠床高危因素正确评估率、预防措施执行正确率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组院内跌倒/坠床发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在跌倒/坠床管理中应用前馈控制方法,能降低住院患者跌倒/坠床发生率,有利于提高患者安全管理质量。

Objective To explore the effects offeedforward control in prevention from fails among inpatients. Methods The inpatients from January to December in 2013 were taken as control group （30 357） and the inpatients from January to Decem ber in 2014 were taken as observation group （30 987）. Conventional method was used in control group while feedforward control was applied in observation group. Then the management quality and the incidence rates of falls of the two groups were compared. Results The correct evaluation rate of risky factors of observation group was higher than that of control group and the correct ex- ecution rate of precautionary measures of observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of falls within observation group was lower than that of control group. The differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Con- clusions Application of feed forward control could decrease the incidence rate of falls and thus could improve the quality of in- patients safety management.
