双波长585nm/1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗面部皱纹的效果与安全性

Efficacy and safety on the treatment of facial wrinkles based on 585 nm/1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser

为观察双波长585nm/1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗面部皱纹的疗效与安全性,对42例面部皱纹女性患者采用双波长585nm/1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗,每4周治疗1次,共5次。通过医师主观评价和VISIA皮肤分析仪对有效性和安全性进行综合评定。结果表明,治疗后,所有病例均有改善,临床有效率为92.86%,患者面部皱纹及毛孔的VISIA值明显下降,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。这表明,Nd:YAG激光用于面部皱纹的治疗疗效显著,安全性高。

To access the efficacy and safety of 585 nm/1064 nm Nd： YAG non-ablative laser on the treat- ment of facial wrinkles. The 585 nm/1064 nm Nd..YAG non-ablative laser was used to treat the whole face for 5 times with 4 weeks interval. The photos of fadal regions were taken by the VISIA skin image analysis system before the first treatment and after the last treatment respectively. The efficacy was e- valuated by doctors subjectively and the VISIA value objectively. All the cases were improved after treat- ment, the VISIA value decreased obviously with statistically significance. Our reserch showed 585 nm/ 1064 nmNd：YAO non-ablative laser has a clear and definite effect on treatment of facial wrinkles
