天然植物苷类物质提取方法研究

Extraction methods of glycosidic compounds from natural plants

苷类化合物广泛地存在于天然植物中,是一种重要的有效活性成分.目前,苷类化合物的提取方法,主要可分成下几点:醇溶剂提取法、超声波提取法、柱层析提取法、超滤提取法、微波提取法、酶法提取、闪式提取法、高压提取法和超临界CO_2萃取法等.现将天然植物中的苷类化合物所用到的提取方法进行概括性的总结,对天然植物中的苷类化合物的进一步药理活性研究与化学结构研究中,起到了良好的基础理论依据作用.

Glycosidic compounds are important active ingredients in the natural plants. Currently extraction methods are mainly divided into alcohol solvent extraction,ultrasonic extraction,column chromatography extraction,ultrafiltration extraction,microwave assisted extraction,enzymatic extraction,smashing tissue extraction,high pressure extraction,supercritical CO2 extraction,and so on. The above methods are often used to extract glycosidic compounds in plants. The extraction of the glycosidic are reviewed,and this paper provided necessary theoretical basis for the further research of glycoside from natural plants.
