“EVA跳马辅具”在体操教学中应用的准实验研究

A Quasi-experimental Research of “EVA-Supplementary Vault”in Gymnastic Teaching

本研究主要采用实验法将"EVA材料跳马辅具"应用于大学生体操跳马教学中,验证此教学辅具对提高体操纵马分腿腾越教学效果、减少伤害事故等方面的效果.研究结果表明,采用"EVA材料跳马辅具"教学的学生学习效果明显好于非使用者,其中"EVA材料跳马辅具"的使用能减轻学生的不良心理活动从而提高学练的积极性;降低伤害事故率与伤害程度;大大提高教学效率.

Using experimental research ,the author has applied ＂EVA-supplementary vault＂ to vault teaching in university in order to prove the good effects,such as improving longitudinal vault training,reducing injury accident and so on. The results show that the teaching and learning effects in experimental classes are better than in non-experimental classes. Including this kind of ＂EVA-supplementary vault＂ can alleviate the adverse psychological activities so as to improve the enthusiasm of training; Reduce the damage accident rate and the damage degree; Improve study efficiency to a large extent.
