大学生性别角色态度与职业倾向的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Attitude of Gender Role and Vocational Interest among College Students

本研究采用随机取样法选取黑龙江大学的219名大学生,采用性别角色态度问卷,中国大五人格简式版问卷,霍兰德职业兴趣量表为研究工具,探讨大学生性别角色态度以及人格对职业倾向的影响.研究结果表明,男性比女性,农村男大学生比城镇男大学生的性别角色态度更加传统;神经质在能力特质与表现与常规型之间起完全中介作用,宜人性在社会参与与权力义务对与社会型之间起部分中介作用.结论:神经质、宜人性在大学生性别角色态度与职业倾向的中起到中介作用.

The study adopts the method of random sampling to select 219 students from Heilongjiang University, using attitude of gender role questionnaire, Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version, Holland Vocational Interest Questionnaire as a research tool,to investigate the effect of university students＇s attitude of gender role, personality for vocational interests. The results showed that the males have a more traditional attitude of gender role than females,the male college students come from rural areas have a more traditional attitude of gender role than urban male college students; Neurotieism has a whole mediator effect between the dimension of ability and performance and the traditional dimension of vocational interests, agreeabieness has a part mediator effect between the dimension of social participation and rights and obligations and the social pattern dimension of vocational interests.Conclusion： Neuroticism and pleasant has a mediator effect between the attitude of gender role of college students and vocational interest.
