低频脉冲电刺激联合康复训练对脑卒中患者吞咽功能和ADL的影响

EFFECTS OF LOW FREQUENCY PULSE ELECTRICAL STIMULATION COMBINED WITH REHABILITATION TRAINING ON SWALLOWING FUNCTION AND ADL OF STROKE PATIENTS

目的:探讨低频脉冲电刺激配合康复训练对脑卒中患者吞咽功能和日常生活能力(ADL)的影响。方法:90例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上加用低频脉冲电刺激治疗,分别于治疗前后评价患者的吞咽功能和ADL评分。结果:治疗后3个月、6个月,观察组患者的吞咽功能评分和ADL评分均较对照组明显改善,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复训练的基础上联合应用低频脉冲电刺激可有效提高脑卒中患者的吞咽功能和ADL,对远期预后具有重要价值。

Objective： To investigate the effects of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on swallowing function and activity of daily living （ADL） of stroke patients. Methods： 90 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The patients in control group received rehabilitation training, while the patients in observation group also received low frequency pulse electrical stimulation on the basis of control group. The swallowing function and ADL of patients in 2 groups were evaluated before and after treatment respectively. Results： The swallowing function score and ADL score of patients in observation group 3 months, 6 months after treatment were all obviously improved compared with patients in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Treating stroke with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the swallowing function and ADL of stroke patients, so has important value for long-term prognosis.
