红外热成像技术评价介入术治疗颈椎间盘突出疗效的可行性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨应用红外热成像技术评价介入术治疗神经根型颈椎间盘突出疗效的可行性。方法:50例神经根型颈椎间盘突出患者50例,均采用等离子射频臭氧消融联合胶原酶溶解介入术治疗,同时采集患者术前、术后6个月红外热成像颈肩部温度,收集患者术前、术后6个月的CASCS评分。结果:患者术后的CASCS评分明显高于术前,术前术后CASCS评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术前、术后患侧颈肩部的温度均明显高于健侧(P<0.01,P<0.05);并且,术后健侧、患侧的温度差值明显低于术前健侧、患侧的温度差值(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,术前术后颈肩部温度差值的变化与术前术后CASCS评分的变化呈负相关关系(r=-0.614,P<0.01)。结论:红外热成像技术能用于等离子射频臭氧消融联合胶原酶溶解介入术治疗神经根型颈椎间盘突出时的疗效评价。 Objective: To investigate the feasibility of evaluation of the therapeutic effects ofinterventional therapy on nerve root type cervical disc herniation by infrared thermal imaging technology. Methods: 50 cases of nerve root type cervical disc herniation patients were all treated by plasma radiofrequency, ozone ablation combined coUagenolysis. The CASCS score, neck and shoulder temperature by infrared thermal imaging technology of patients before operation and 6 months after operation were recorded. Results: The CASCS score of patients 6 months after operation were obviously higher than that before operation (P〈0.01). The neck and shoulder temperature of affected side before, after operation were all higher than healthy side (P〈 0.01,P〈 0.05); And the difference value of temperature between healthy side and affected side after operation was obviously lower than that before operation (P〈 0.01 ). Correlation analysis showed that the changes of difference value of neck and shoulder temperature before and after operation was negatively correlated to changes of CASCS score (r=-0.614, P〈0.01). Conclusions: Infrared thermal imaging technology can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effects of plasma radio frequency, ozone ablation Combined collagenolysis in treatment of nerve root type cervical disc herniation.
