工休座谈会满意度调查的分析与对策

目的分析工休座谈会满意度调查资料,给予持续性改进对策,提高工休座谈会质量。方法2016年5月—7月,统计分析公益活动满意度调查表共186份,从总体满意度、对医护人员的服务态度、医护人员的讲解及答疑、对此次活动安排的内容、对此次活动的行程安排、意见及建议6个方面,以非常满意、满意、不满意3个等级给予评价,对发现的问题给予持续性改进,将5月和7月的数据进行统计分析对比。结果 7月份相比5月份总体满意度、对医护人员的服务态度、对医护人员的讲解、答疑、对此次活动安排的内容、对此次活动的行程安排的满意率有所提高,意见及建议减少,对医务人员评价好。结论针对工休座谈会满意度调查结果分析给予对策改进措施,能提高对活动的总体满意度,对医护人员的服务态度,对医护人员的讲解、答疑,对活动安排的内容、安排的满意率,减少意见及建议,在今后的工作中可以继续开展相关形式的健康教育活动。

Conclusion through the analysis of public forum satisfaction survey results, give countermeasures of improvement measures, can improve the overall satisfaction, the activities of the medical staff service attitude of the medical staff, explaining, answering questions, to arrange activities for the content, the satisfaction rate, reduce the opinions and suggestions of the medical staff, good evaluation of medical staff. In the future work can continue to carry out the relevant forms of health education activities.
