综合方案治疗慢性盆腔炎效果观察

Observation of the effect of comprehensive treatment on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的对中西医结合治疗在慢性盆腔炎中的临床效果予以探讨。方法选取我院2013年1月—2014年12月间收治的慢性盆腔炎患者160例,将其随机均分对照组与观察组,对照组患者应用西医治疗方案开展治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上结合微波治疗与中药治疗,对2组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果对照组患者的复发率与临床治疗总有效率分别为22.22%,81.25%;观察组患者为5.26%,97.5%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合治疗方案治疗慢性盆腔炎,能够有效降低患者的复发率,具有良好的临床治疗效果,值得应用推广。

Objective The clinical effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is discussed. Methods 160 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were patients,randomly divided into two groups, respectively as control group and observation group, the control group was treated with western medicine treatment plan to carry out the treatment, the patients in the observation group combined with microwave therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients in the control group, comparative analysis the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were carried out. Results The patients in the control group the recurrence rate and clinical treatment efficiency were： 22.22%, 81.25% ;the recurrence rate of the observation group in clinical treatment, the total effective rate was 5.26%, 97.5%, two groups of clinical treatment of patients with total effective rate, recurrence rate compared with the obvious difference,and P〈0.05） Conclusion In order to carry out the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the process of treatment using a combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment for patients, can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients, has good clinical effect, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
