无痛护理应用于胸部手术患者的临床分析

目的探讨无痛护理服务模式在接受胸部手术治疗患者中的的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的接受胸部手术治疗患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。采用常规外科手术护理模式对对照组患者实施围术期护理;采用无痛护理服务模式对观察组患者在围术期实施干预。结果观察组患者返回病区6 h和术后1星期疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组;肺部功能恢复正常时间和住院治疗时间明显短于对照组;术后出现的并发症明显少于对照组;对胸部手术治疗期间护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用无痛护理服务模式对接受胸部手术治疗患者在围术期实施干预的临床效果非常明显。

Objective The application of painless nursing service mode for in the perioperative period in patients undergoing chest surgery to intervene to study the clinical effect.Methods Our hospital treatment of 200 cases of patients with chest surgery, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, an average of 100 cases in each group. The conventional surgery to control patients in perioperative nursing mode to intervene; Observation group of patients in the painless nursing service pattern is on the perioperative to intervene.Results The observation group of patients return to ward 6 hours and postoperative pain score significantly lower than the control group a week, Lung function returned to normal time and hospitalization time significantly shorter than the control group;Postoperative complications in is less than that of control group; Of chest surgery during the nursing service satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group.Concluslon The application of painless nursing service mode for the treatment of chest surgery patients in the perioperative period clinical effect is very obvious to intervene.
