艾灸配合聚乙二醇服用在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用

Take moxibustion with polyethylene glycol method in the application of the elderly patients with constipation bowel preparation before colonoscopy

目的探讨艾灸配合聚乙二醇服用在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取我院消化科住院并准备行结肠镜检查的200名老年便秘患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规肠道准备方法,研究组采用艾灸配合聚乙二醇服用进行肠道准备,比较2组肠道清洁效果。结果研究组的肠道清洁有效率为90%,对照组为75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中采用艾灸配合聚乙二醇服用,可以提高肠道清洁效果,提升诊断率并能使其尽早进行治疗,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the moxibustion with polyethylene glycol dosage in elderly patients with constipation effect of bowel preparation before colonoscopy.nethods To choose our digestive department in hospital and prepare to do a colonoscopy 200 senile constipation patients as the research object, randomly divided into research group and the control group, control group using conventional methods of bowel preparation, team moxibustion with polyethylene glycol （peg） using methods for bowel preparation, intestinal cleaning degree and compare the two groups. Results The team of the bowel cleaning effective rate of 90%, the control group was 75% ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In elderly patients with constipation bowel preparation before colonoscopy moxibustion with polyethylene glycol using method can improve the diagnostic rate of senile constipation patients colon and can make the treatment as soon as possible, is worthy of popularization and application.
