摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法对2014年未应用PDCA循环管理和2015年应用PDCA循环管理的护理实习生结果进行对比。结果 2015年教学效果满意度为98.86%,2014年的教学效果满意度为85%,2015年实习生满意度更高,护理带教工作更有利于实习生的学习。结论PDCA循环可有效提高教学质量,实习生学习积极性更高,显著提高护理质量,更好地实现优质护理。
Objective Using of the PDCA Cycle to teach nursing students for improving teaching effect. Methods Contrast the method will not use the PDCA Cycle of nursing students in 2014 and use the PDCA Cycle of nursing students in 2015 to compare results of the nursing interns.Results teaching effect of using the PDCA Cycle of nursing students in 2015 is98.86%, and the satisfied in 2014 is 85%, from the comparison, 2015 teaching effect is better. Conclusion PDCA Cycle effectively improve the quality of teaching,learning motivation of nursing interns is higher, effectively improve the quality of nursing, better implementation of quality care.
