摘要
目的探讨重症监护病房血液感染的主要细菌及其药物敏感试验。方法该院2013年7月至2016年6月重症监护病房(ICU)送检的1 512例患者血液标本进行培养和细菌分析。使用法国生物梅里埃VITEK2-Compact全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果 1 512例标本共培养出236株细菌,其中革兰阴性菌146株(61.9%),革兰阳性菌90株(38.1%),以肠杆菌科细菌和葡萄球菌为主要致病菌。结论掌握地区性主要的感染性细菌,可指导临床早期针对性地进行药物治疗。
Objective To investigate the kinds of bacteria and their drug resistance in intensive care unit patients′blood cultures,and analyze the effect of clinical application of antibiotics in order to provide guidance for clinical.Methods The data of 236 positive blood cultures in our hospital of ICU from Jul.2013 to Jun.2016 were analyzed.Results Among the 1 512 blood cultures,236 bacterial strains were detected.There were 146 strains of Gram-negative bacteria(61.9%),90 strains of Gram-positive bacteria(38.1%).Conclusion Understanding of regional major infectious bacteria,we can direct their use of drugs earlier.
