摘要
长期以来学科教学论主要采用单一封闭的灌输式教学模式,严重阻碍了学生创新能力的形成和发展。Seminar是一种典型的打破传统封闭式教学、发挥学生学习主体性的教学模式。论文以曲阜师范大学生命科学学院学科教学论的教学实践为例,从教学准备、教学实施以及成绩评定方面介绍了Seminar教学模式的应用特色和成果,并对其应用效果进行了调查,提出Seminar教学模式在学科教学论中持续发展应做好的三项工作:提高教师对Seminar教学模式的认识,完善Seminar教学模式的组织和评价,配备符合Seminar教学模式的资源和设施。
Subject teaching theory mainly adopts a single closed force-feeding teaching mode for a long time, a serious impediment to the formation and development of the students' innovative ability. Seminar is a teaching mode of breaking traditional closed teaching, giving full play to students learning subjectivity. In our teaching practice of subject teaching theory, for example, from the aspects of teaching preparation, teaching implementation and performance evaluation, we introduce application features and achievements of Seminar teaching mode and investigate its application effect, and put forward sustainable development Seminar teaching mode in the subject teaching theory in three aspects: Improve teachers' understanding of Seminar teaching model, perfect Seminar teaching mode organization and evaluation, and allocate resources and facilities which conform to the Seminar teaching mode.
