我国对外文化交流中国家文化安全问题探析

开展对外文化交流,一方面有助于国际社会了解开放发展的中国,获得外界对中国文化的理解、尊重与认同;另一方面,也必然面临不同文化之间的矛盾和冲突,对维护国家文化安全带来挑战。在当今我国更为频繁深入的对外文化交流中,国家意识形态安全面临着否定马克思主义的主导地位、歪曲社会主义制度、攻击党执政的合法性的挑战;民族与宗教文化安全面临着宗教极端主义、民族分裂主义、国际恐怖主义的威胁;网络文化的跨时空、传播速度快、影响大以及网络文化的开放性和多元性,使国际间的意识形态斗争更趋直接,西方价值观对国民的消极影响更趋强烈,对传统文化的侵蚀改造更显悄无声息。

There are some benefits from developing cultural exchanges with foreign countries. On one hand, international society will have a better understanding of the development of China, and Chinese culture can be recognized, respected and identified; on the other hand, China also faces the inevitable contradictions and conflicts among different cultures, and challenges to maintain security of Chinese culture . This paper mainly analyzes the cultural exchanges are becoming more frequent and deeper nowadays, and the security of national ideology is facing some challenges, such as denying of the leading role of Marxism, distorting the socialist system, attacking the legitimacy of the ruling party. It also deals with the ethnic and religious culture security confronted with some threats of religious ex- tremism, separatism and international terrorism. Besides, across time and space network culture spreading fast and with great influence, and its opening and diversity, which makes international ideological struggle more direct, and the negative influence of Western values on people stronger, erosion and transformation of the traditional culture more quiet.
