＂People supremacy＂ is the Chinese Communist Party＇s ruling idea and value pursuit, which is the most important expe-rience that the Communist Party of China can be in power for a long time and can push forward the socialism with Chinese characteristics. At this stage, to achieve ＂people supremacy＂, we must stick to economic construction as the center, some measures should be taken; vigorously develop the productive forces; uphold the people＇s democratic dictatorship, perfect Chinese socialist political system; hold the？ popular culture＇s correct orientation, and vigorously develop the advanced socialist culture.
