摘要
胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,具有强复发性及侵袭性,治愈率极低且预后差.Warburg效应是恶性胶质瘤极为重要的生物学特征之一,而HK2是促进Warburg效应的关键酶,在多种肿瘤组织中高表达并能促使肿瘤发展,但其在恶性胶质瘤中的活性及功能却鲜有报道.本文将从胶质瘤的能量代谢改变介绍,综述糖酵解的限速酶——己糖激酶2在恶性胶质瘤中发挥的功能和可能作用机制,总结并展望其在胶质瘤诊断和治疗中的现状及应用前景.
Glioma is the most frequent malignant neoplasm of the central nervous system with high recidivity and extremely poor prognosis. Warburg effect plays critical roles in the development of glioma,and HK2 is the key enzyme in this effect,which is proved to be able to promote the development of tumors and highly expressed in many tumors. However,only a few of studies about HK2 function in glioma were reported. In this review,we will summarize the changes of energy metabolism in glioma and critical HK2 funtion in glioma. The progress and perspective of HK2 in the diagnosis and treatment of glioma will also be discussed.
