摘要
乳腺癌是目前世界上最常见的女性恶性肿瘤,在女性患者中死亡率最高.研究表明,过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ共激活因子1(PGC-1)在乳腺癌患者血浆中的浓度明显高于健康志愿者.考虑到癌细胞在其能量稳态中存在紊乱,并且PGC-1对于细胞代谢和氧化还原信号传导至关重要,本文对PGC-1的结构及其相关转录因子进行了综述,探讨PGC-1通过代谢调节肿瘤发生和发展的机制,并重点阐述了PGC-1在乳腺癌中的研究现状,以期为后续PGC-1为靶标的抗肿瘤代谢的基础研究及药物研发提供新的理论参考.
AIM: Breast cancer is the most common female malignant tumor in the world,and the mortality rate in female patients is the highest. Studies show that PGC-1 concentrations of breast cancer patients in plasma were significantly higher than those of healthy volunteers. Taking into account the cancer cells in their metabolic homeostasis in the disorder,PGC-1 is essential for cell metabolism and redox signal transduction. In this paper,the structure and transcription-related of PGC-1 in the present studies were reviewed,to investigate the mechanism of PGC-1 regulating tumorigenesis and development through metabolism. The research status of PGC-1 in breast cancer research is mainly described,and the aim of this study is to provide a new theoretical reference for basic research and drug development of PGC-1.
