列宁灌输理论对我国思想政治教育工作的启示

The Enlightenment of Lenin's Indoctrination Theory to China's Ideological and Political Education

列宁认为,科学的理论必须靠灌输才能为工人阶级所掌握;灌输是无产阶级抵御错误思想、进行革命斗争的重要手段,是提高人民群众特别是青年使命意识完成艰巨任务的重要路径。列宁灌输理论对我国思想政治教育工作具有重要的启示:丰富灌输的内容,促进思想政治教育内容与时俱进;改进灌输的方法,促进思想政治教育方法不断创新;提高灌输主体素质,促进思想政治教育实效性;拓展灌输客体方式,促进思想政治教育多样性。

Lenin believes that the working class could learn scientific theory by means of indoctrination so education is an important method for proletariats to work against wrong ideas and perform revolutionary struggle. This is also a key approach to improve people,es- pecially young people＇ s awareness of mission. Lenin＇ s theory of indoctrination makes a sig- nificant reference for China＇ s ideological and political education. It is argued to enrich the contents of education,update the content constantly,improve teaching methods with innova- tive ideas, promote the targets＇ quality with effective and practical ideological and political education, and expand teaching patterns with diversity education models.
