辩证思维方式是中国古代思维方式最显著的特点之一,是古代先人们常用的一种分析问题、解决问题的思维方式。从先秦辩学角度看,先秦时期辩证思维对先秦辩学的影响主要体现在谈说论辩的过程中,先秦诸子根据谈辩对方的具体情况、所处环境等因素而选择相应的谈辩方法或技巧,以期取得良好的谈辩效果。探讨先秦时期辩证思维方式,一方面有利于展现先秦时期逻辑思想发生、发展的全过程,对先秦时期逻辑思想的拓展和深化有重要作用;另一方面有利于变革发展本民族的思维方式,促进本民族逻辑思维的发展与完善。

Dialectical thinking is one of significant features in ancient Chinese thinking modes,which is a usual way of thinking that ancient Chinese use to analyze and solve prob- lems. From the perspective of Pre-Qin forensics,the influence of dialectical thinking on fo- rensics can be seen in the process of debates. The scholars at Pre-Qin period chose debating methods or skills per the counterpart＇ s situation, environment and other factors to achieve good effect. The study of dialectical thinking mode, on the one hand, is good to show the full process of its formation and development and extend a more profound understanding;on the other hand, it is good to change people＇s thinking mode and contributes to the development and improvement of the nation＇s logic thinking.
