黑龙江省高校教育国际化办学理念现状分析

The Awareness of Higher Education Internationalization of Heilongjiang Higher Education

随着全球化进程的不断深入,教育资源国际化配给已经成为整体趋势。文章介绍了高等教育国际化的概念,综述国内外发展现状,对黑龙江省主要高校的国际化意识进行分析。研究发现,黑龙江省内高校的教育国际化意识还有待提高。

With the development of globalization,it is a general trend for educational resource to distribute globally. The concept of higher education internationalization is introduced along with the summary of its development in China and abroad. By analyzing the HEI awareness of the universities and colleges in Heilongjiang Province,it is concluded that although Heilongjiang Province is very important for ＂One Belt And One Road ＂ strategy the higher education requires more attention and awareness to education internationalization.
