摘要
为探讨了甘南尕海自然保护区草原毛虫(Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying)肠道细菌群落结构组成,采集甘南尕海高寒草地3个不同地点的4龄草原毛虫幼虫,通过Illumina Hi Seq高通量测序平台对甘南尕海自然保护区草原毛虫肠道细菌群落结构组成进行分析,总共获得了206 098条序列。甘南尕海草原毛虫中肠的细菌由Proteobacteria(变形菌门)、Bacteroidetes(拟杆菌门)、Firmicutes(厚壁菌门)、Actinobacteria(放线菌门)、Tenericutes(软壁菌门)、Verrucomicrobia(疣微菌门)、Fusobacteria(梭杆菌门)、Acidobacteria(酸杆菌)、Deinococcus-Thermus(异常球菌-栖热菌门)和Planctomycetes(浮霉菌门)等10个门组成,优势菌群为Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes。在属的水平上,Providencia(普罗威登斯菌)含量最丰富,其次是Brevundimonas(单胞菌属)、Bacteroides(拟杆菌属)和Methylotenera(甲基柔膜菌属)。阐明了甘南尕海草原毛虫肠道细菌群落的组成,为研究草原毛虫肠道微生物和草原毛虫对人畜的危害提供理论基础。
This paper discusses the bacterial community composition of Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying's midgut in Gahai Nature Reserve Gannan. 4 instar larvae of Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying at 3 different locations in Gannan were collected. The bacterial community composition of Gynaepho- ra aureate Ghou et Ying's midgut by Illumina HiSeq sequencing platform, we received a total of 206 098 sequences. Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying's midgut bacteriaare are composed of Pro- teobaeteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Tenericutes, Verrucomicrobia, Fusobacteria, Acidobacteria, Deinococcus-Thermus and Planctomycetes, dominant bacteria group are mainly Pro- teobacteria and Bacteroidetes. On the genus level, Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying's midgut bacteri- aare are dominated by Providencia, followed by Brevundimonas, Bacteroides and Methylotenera. For the first time to clarify the diversity of Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying's intestinal bacterial com-munity,for the research of,provide a theoretical basis for for the study of the intestinal microorgan- isms of Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying and the harm of Gynaephora aureate Ghou et Ying to hu- man and animal.
