摘要
根据拉深成形过程中不同变形阶段对压边力的不同需求,提出了一种具有变压边力的压力机械装置的研究方案,通过液压和电气控制系统对装置进行精准控制,使压边力的变化符合板料拉深成形过程对压边力变化规律的要求,有效地减小制件起皱和拉裂风险,提高制件的拉深成形质量。
According to the different requirements of blank holder force in each deformationstage of blank drawing, a pressure mechanical device with variable blank holder force wasproposed. The device was precisely controlled by hydraulic and electrical control system,so that the change of blank holder force met its change law requirement during drawing.It effectively reduced the risk of wrinkling and cracking of the parts, and improved thequality of drawing parts.
