摘要
分析了汽车全景天窗顶盖结构特点,针对天窗顶盖尾部的刚性要求及搭接处多的特点,设计冲压工序及模具结构,将侧翻边、切边、上翻边等工序整合在一道工序中完成,冲压成形工序由5道减少至4个,模具数量减少1副,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率,节约生产成本。
The structural characteristics of the panoramic skylight head cover of automobilewere analyzed. The stamping process and die structure were designed according to the rig-id requirements of the rear end of skylight head cover and the characteristic that its lapjoints were too many. The processes of side-flanging, trimming and upper-flanging were inte-grated in one process, the stamping process was reduced from 5 into 4 and a die wassaved.
