摘要
为实现稠油热采过程中单井注蒸汽流量和干度的准确计量,从而提高注蒸汽的热效率,该文通过对两相流孔板差压噪声的深入研究,建立了能够同时测量注入蒸汽流量和干度的理论模型。在此基础上,采用Morris参数敏感性分析方法对模型的关键参数进行了敏感性分析,确定各相关参数对模型输出表现的差异。现场应用时通过设定合理的修正参数,实现流量相对误差小于0.1%、热量相对误差小于0.2%。
For the measurement of steam in the heavy oil heating-recovery process,which can improve the thermal ef- ficiency of steam injection. The study on the differential pressure noise of orifice in two-phase flow has been achieved,and a theoretieal model has been obtained for simultaneous measurement of mass flow rate and steam quality. On this basis,the sensitivity analysis has been performed adopting Morris approach for key parameters of the model,which ensure the reliability of the flow data of single well. By setting reasonable correction parameters in the field application,the relative error of flow rate is less than 0.0%,and the relative error of heat metering is less than 0.1%.
