芳香疗法在初产妇产程中的应用

目的探讨芳香疗法在初产妇产程中的应用。方法选取2016年4~6月川北医学院附属医院产科分娩的初产妇100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组按常规产程待产并观察护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予芳香精油吸入及穴位按摩至分娩。观察两组产妇焦虑和疼痛程度、产程中安定使用情况、自然分娩率、新生儿Apgar评分、产程时间、产后2 h出血量。结果观察组产程中焦虑、疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),安定使用率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率、新生儿Apgar评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组活跃期、第二产程、第三产程时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),产后2 h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芳香疗法应用于初产妇产程中可减轻产妇焦虑、疼痛,减少产程中镇静药物的使用,提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率,降低新生儿窒息率,缩短产程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of aromatherapy in the labor of primipara. Methods 100 primipara treated in Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from April to June 2016 were selected as study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. Each group had 50 cases. The routine labor nursing and observation was used in control group, aromatherapy andinhalation of es- sential oils were applied in observation group on the basis of conventional care. Maternal anxiety and pain, the trse of diazepam during labor, natural delivery rate, neonatal Apgar score, labor time, postpartum hemorrhage with 2 h between two groups were observed. Results The anxiety and pain in observation group were significantly lighter than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The utilization rate of diazepam in observation group was significantly lower than that in con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）. Natural delivery rate and neonatal Apgar score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈 0.05）. Active phase time, the second labor time, the third labor time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Postpartum hemorrhage with 2 h in observation group was significantly less than that in contr01 group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aromatherapy applied in the labor of primipara can reduce maternal anxiety and pain, reduce the use of sedative drugs in labor, improve the rate of spontaneous deliv- ery, reduce the rate of cesarean section, reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia and shorten the duration of labor, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
