Research on the Evaluation Index of Innovation Drive and Transformation Development in Shanghai

上海作为我国推进改革和提高开放型经济水平的"试验田",研究其创新驱动、转型发展的本质内涵以及找到行之有效的评估指标,为全国其他各地区提供示范,具有现实的指导意义。从宏观和微观的层面提出国际公认、全国可比、能够反映上海特色的评估指标,通过上海的改革实践为寻找"中国发展模式"做出理论贡献。

Shanghai, as the ＂Experimental Field＂ to advance reform and improve the level of the open e- index about it. The paper, from both the macro and the micro levels, puts forward internationally recognized and nationally comparable evaluation indexes which can reflect the characteristics of Shanghai. Through the reform practice in Shanghai, this paper makes theoretical contribution to ＂China＇s Development Model＂.
