目的探讨现阶段大型医疗设备的维修管理现状以及对策,为医院大型设备正常运行提供技术支持,为医院医疗、科研和教学活动的开展提供必要的条件。方法分析大型设备管理中存在的问题,提出了从加强工程人员素质、更新管理理念、积极发展第三方服务商等途径提高大型医疗设备的管理水平。结果做好大型医疗设备的管理,能降低设备故障率,延长设备的使用寿命,有效降低医院的运行成本。结论医院要重视设备维修人才培养、提高大型设备的科学管理水平,提高设备的安全性、精确性和可靠性,增加医院社会、经济效益。

Objective The maintenance management of large medical equipment and solutions are discussed to ensure the normal operation of large medical equipment and support the medical, scientific research and teaching ativities. Methods The present situation problems of medical equipment maintenance in hospital are analyzed, through analysis the reasons, put forward the methods of strengthen the quality of the engineering personnel, update the management idea, actively develop the third party service providers to improve the management of large the management. Results Good work in the management of large medical equipment could ensure integrity rate and improve the utilization rate of the large equipment, reduce the cost of hospital operation. Conclusion Hospital should be attach great impoMance to the equipment maintenance personnel training, improve the management of large medical equipment. It could be the way to improve safe, accuracy and stable medical device, increased social and economic benefits of the hospital.
